Our Voices

A powerful reflection on the strength and resilience of immigrants, this documentary, Our Voices,  tells the story of a group of Spanish-speaking migrants who arrived in Victoria between the 1960s and 1980s and showcases their contribution to Australia.

After the film, there will be a Q&A session on the topic of: Settling in Australia: The perspective of Spanish-speaking migrants.

The film will be followed by a Q&A moderated by Carolina Duca, a performance maker, producer, creative director of Teatro Latinx, with Professor Bernardo Dewey, researcher, University of Western Australia (UWA), and Dr. Pilar Kasat, Arts and Culture executive.
